Stir-fried Chicken with Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken
- 1 small bowl of steamed rice
- Chopped vegetables (carrot, white onion, green peppers)
- 2-3 tbsp Nha Toi peanut sauce (creamy and mildly sweet-spicy)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
Instructions:
- Marinate the Prawns:
Mix chicken with fish sauce, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes. - Stir-fry the chicken & vegetables:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken for 2–3 minutes, then add vegetables and stir-fry everything until fully cooked. Add the peanut sauces at the end. - Prepare Base:
Serve over jasmine rice. Add sliced cucumbers and pickled vegetables if desired.
